Zoe Railton is a Clinical Reflexologist and has been a qualified practitioner of holistic therapies for more than 17 years.
She trained at the Celtic College of Holistic Therapies, and the course was overseen by Dr Clive O’Hara from the Centre for Clinical Reflexology in Manchester. Zoe is also a Reiki Master and is qualified in Indian Head Massage and Holistic Massage.
Zoe specialises in working with pregnant women, to help with common problems of pregnancy, and to prepare physically and mentally for birth, as well as with new mothers, and those trying to conceive. She also has a great deal of experience in working with people
affected by cancer who are undergoing chemotherapy, or indeed post-chemo. However, the most common issue she deals with on a regular basis is stress and anxiety.
