Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional therapy applies the latest research in nutrition to help treat and manage health problems, and to promote optimal health and well-being.

Nutritional therapy involves taking a detailed medical history to establish the root cause of any health problems, and making a detailed analysis of the diet, to establish whether the individual is receiving the right nutrients, and whether there are any food allergies or intolerances. Various tests including blood tests, and hair, urine or stool samples may be recommended where necessary, to help diagnose food intolerances, nutrient deficiencies, chronic infections, or hormone imbalances. Individual diet plans include advice about which foods to include and which to avoid, and also which nutritional supplements will be of most benefit.
